The hostess is mrs. Anneke Piersma, she owns the studio and lives on the ground floor. During the stay in Leeuwarden guests are free to ask Anneke's  assistance.  You can think of:
 

-   Common, cultural or touristical information

-   Contacts/networking

-   Transport/rent-a-car/rent-a-bike

-   Use of Internet/E-mail/Messenger

-   Short courses (f.e. conversational Dutch, sailing lessons)

-   Solutions for all kinds of practical problems

Guests are free to use this assistance. Privacy will be respected.

 Booking Request

After we have received a complete booking-request we will send you a confirmation-mail with the bill as soon as possible.  You have to make a cash-payment on the day of your arrival (no credit-cards accepted). Long-stay guests will be asked to transfer part of the money to our bank-account.  If a booking is annulated within 28 days from the day of arrival we will charge you for 50% of the billed price (using all nessecary legal means!!).
