Hello Anneke, I understand that after you have received my complete filled in booking-request you will mail me a confirmation within 5 days. When i have received that confimation, and do agree, i will confirm that by sending you an OK-reply within 3 days. After that the booking is definitive. On the day of arrival i will pay the bill by cash (unless agreed otherwise). If i annulate my booking within 28 days from the day of arrival you will charge me for 50% of the billed price and i understand that you will use all nessecary legal means to get your money.
